DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is normally 3 to 7 working days.
On all our products we ship by UPS Ground throughout the United States, for Canadian orders we ship by Canada Post Expedited Mail, from Montreal.
There is no charge for shipping to you. We do offer quicker shipping options if you wish to have us use Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air there will be an additional charge so please contact us for the rate. We would advise you to contact us if you have not received your order within 7 days. A signature is required on delivery. Products cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. At exceptionally busy times, we would send you a personal email if we are experiencing problems with your order.
RETURNS
7 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If you are not happy with the goods, for whatever reason, you are able to return the order, under the Distance Selling Regulations, up to 7 days after receipt of goods. Wind Your Watch must be notified by either email at windyourwatch@ymail.com or by calling us at 518.304.1818 and the goods must be returned unused and with the original packaging. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the unwanted item to us at your cost.
Refunds will only be credited to your original method of payment.
FAULTY GOODS
Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty - if you find fault with the goods you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of goods and returned the goods to the manufacturer’s address below.
RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS
If you return an item bought as part of a discount offer or promotion, you will be refunded the discounted price given in that offer.
